Program Details:
This structured 10-week program prepares you to enter tryouts and the season at peak performance — stronger, faster, and more confident. Parents can expect there athletes to:
-Build explosiveness for faster cuts, higher jumps, and stronger finishes.
-Improve stamina so you can perform at your best during your sport.
-Stay healthy, resilient, and ready to perform all season long.
Eric brings 12+ years of experience working with elite level athletes. He has worked with professionals in all sports most notably basketball. He brings a high level of expertise in Strength and Performance Training and has created the S+ 4 steps to Holistic Athletic Development. This approach has helped Eric program for some of the best athletes, influencers, and programs in the area.

Elijah has worked in the sports performance space for 5 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge having worked and learned for some of the top trainers in the tri-state area. Elijah is our assistant director of training here at STETCH+ and he also is the head girls Varsity Basketball Coach for Kearny High School.

Carlton is a passionate and dedicated personal trainer with a rich background in professional sports and a commitment to helping young athletes unlock their greateness! Carlton played football his college Football at Rutgers University before going onto a success seven-year professional career. Now he brings discipline, resilience, and athletic insights he gained form years of competing at a high level to his work as a trainer.
